How does SlimShape work?
Explore a real product preview, add a ready-made four-week plan to your bag and use checkout. Pay by card through Yoco or choose EFT. After payment is confirmed, access your downloads and receive a private link by email.
What do I get for R149?
A four-week PDF with 28 days of breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, recipes with serving quantities, four weekly shopping lists, preparation guidance and food swaps for your eating style. R149 is a once-off ZAR price per plan.
When will I receive my plan?
Card orders unlock after our payment provider confirms payment. EFT orders unlock once our team verifies cleared funds in the bank account. Proof of payment alone does not unlock a plan. We email a private access link and provide downloads on your order page.
Is this medical or dietitian advice?
No. These are general meal-planning resources, not medical advice or personalised clinical nutrition. They are not a substitute for a registered dietitian or doctor. We do not guarantee weight-loss outcomes.
Are the plans different for men and women?
Our men’s and women’s pages help you browse the same range. Gender alone does not determine nutritional needs. Each plan has serving quantities but does not prescribe individual calorie needs.
Can I customise the meals?
These are ready-made plans, not a custom meal-planning service. Each includes food swaps consistent with its eating style. Check the preview and suitability information before buying.
Is the Halaal plan certified?
The plan is not halaal certified. It includes ingredient sourcing guidance. Check labels and choose suitable certified ingredients when shopping; review the product preview before buying.
Can I buy more than one plan?
Yes. Your bag supports one copy of each plan. Each costs R149 and the total is shown before you pay. Files are licensed for your personal use.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. Keep the private order link in your email safe. Existing customers can continue using their accounts.
Why is a plan marked In preparation?
It is not available to buy yet. We open sales only when the finished plan and a real preview are ready.
What if my email or download does not arrive?
Check spam and open the private order link. If payment is confirmed but you cannot access your files, email info@slimshape.co.za with your order reference. We will investigate and restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
